1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger tents may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their tents within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping for faster delivery.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The tent must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your tents waterproof?
Yes. All Tentvora tents feature waterproof rainfly with taped seams and high waterproof rating (2000mm–5000mm depending on model). We recommend using a footprint for extra protection.
6. How easy is it to set up the tents?
Most of our tents are designed for quick and easy setup. Many models can be set up by one person in under 10 minutes. Detailed setup instructions are included with every tent.
7. What sizes of tents do you offer?
We offer a wide range:
- 2-person (lightweight/backpacking)
- 4-person (couples & small families)
- 6–10 person (family & group camping)
8. Are the tents suitable for all seasons?
We offer 3-season tents (most popular) and 4-season tents for harsher weather. Please check the product description to choose the right tent for your camping style.
9. Do the tents come with a rainfly and groundsheet?
Yes. All tents include a rainfly. Some models also include a groundsheet/footprint.
10. Are the tents well-ventilated?
Yes. Our tents feature large mesh windows and roof vents to promote excellent airflow and reduce condensation.
11. Are your tents suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Many of our tents are designed with easy setup systems, making them perfect for first-time campers and families.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my tent arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the tent and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
